Snapp Automotive started with an open source project in 2021. We were frustrated by how difficult it was to build modern car software that worked well across various devices and vehicles.

As we started to dig deeper, it became clear that this was just the tip of the iceberg. We realized that most in-car software was simply not very good. That is why we created SnappOS. Through our iterative development process, we created a fully customizable infotainment system for carmakers who want world-class software but don't have the resources and experience to build it themself.

In 2023, we are launching a light version of our SnappOS platform making it even easier to integrate amazing infotainment in cars. We're creating something special here, and we're excited to build it with you.
